Tom Majcher has extensive domestic and international experience as an executive and corporate development professional. He advises private and closely-held companies on exit strategies, business development and marketing programs. Tom also initiates and manages mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for small and middle-market companies. He has served as interim CEO of companies to direct execution of strategic plans and exit strategies. Tom is experienced in many industries including energy, transportation, manufacturing, natural resources, environmental, technology, finance and service sectors.

Tom has started and led three ventures in e-commerce, manufacturing and environmental service sectors with angel and private equity funding. All three had successful liquidity events.

Before founding Majcher Group, Tom was an executive with two Fortune 50 corporations and a closely held company. He held senior corporate and general management positions in marketing, corporate development and finance as well as having P&L responsibility. Tom holds BS and MS degrees from Pennsylvania State University.

Bob Miser is a results-oriented executive with operations and general management experience in the energy, natural resource, transportation and manufacturing sectors. Bob advises clients on profitability improvement, management, business development and mergers & acquisitions. He is an entrepreneur who has planned and executed the start up of several companies. Earlier, Bob served as President of a major Appalachian natural resources company where he planned and led the turnaround and eventual exit for the parent company. He has a BS in Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
