Mike Moran has more than 30 years of experience as a corporate executive, business owner and merger & acquisition advisor.

Mike was Vice President - Planning and Analysis for a major  corporation.  He had responsibility for identifying and evaluating  mergers & acquisitions, completing over two billion dollars in transactions.  He also led strategic planning, annual budgeting and capital expenditure review.  Mike also held business development roles where he directed major corporate growth projects.

Mike is an owner and managing partner of a building materials wholesaler in the western United States.  The company has quadrupled revenues and earnings during his involvement, reaching sales of $40 million.

Mike has BS and MS degrees from Purdue University.
