Bob Miser advises clients on operations, business process efficiency and mergers & acquisitions. 

Bob's corporate experience includes engineering, operational and P&L responsibility for Fortune 100 corporations.  Recently Bob was interim CEO of a major Appalachian natural resources company.  After many years of poor performance for its foreign owners Bob assumed strategic and P&L control of the company .  Under Bob's leadership the company executed a turnaround and became very profitable.  He designed and executed an exit plan that surpassed the parent's most optimistic projections.

Bob's current business interests involve project development in the Appalachian region in addition to his consulting clients.

Bob Miser holds a BS in engineering from the University of Kentucky.
